Anything you miss on/about TMF?

I haven't been around here that long so sitting here brushing my teeth and going through some of the threads and whatnot, it made me wonder what kinda noticeable changes this place has undergone over the years, and if there's anything anyone misses.

People? A certain "feel" about the community as a whole, quality of stories, artwork, clips, etc. What's changed about it? How've you adapted? Has anyone left because of said changes?

There are threads about the good ol' days (if I remember correctly), but I didn't quite find what I was looking for as far as my curiosity goes.

I miss a lot of people who are no longer around from my early days,most of whom i never had the chance to meet in real life.

And the Forum does have a different feel due to all the newer,younger members which is all for the good.Any community that is not evolving and changing is dying.This old dinosaur just tries to go with the flow and carve out my own little niche here.🙂

The only thing I really miss, to an extent, are some of the old faces that are no longer around for one reason or another. Such is life and the changes we go through, I suppose. The good thing is that there's no shortage of good people to befriend. I have no complaints about the forum itself. This place has grown tenfold from the time I first found it way back in late 2000, before making the switch to V-Bulletin. Good times to be had by all.

Nothing springs to mind. Back in the day, there was a pretty tight-knit group of regulars and a definite male to female disparity. Which actually is still kind of the case, except the number of female regulars has definitely increased by a wide margin.
