My girlfriend is verryy ticklish, I'm always tickling her(hehe) but when it comes to the heat of the moment, she enjoys it and doesnt laugh at all.....for example, I'll tickle her feet just on a whim and she'll go crazyy, but when i worship them she don't laugh at all. Different states of mine will often produce different reactions.
For instance, if I'm having fun and someone playfully nips at my toes with their mouth? I'm going to giggle and laugh because my toes are extremely ticklish. However, if I'm turned on and someone starts sucking on my toes, that laugh turns into moaning and panting.
Maybe just experiment around with different techniques or try tickling in other areas? Or maybe this is just how she's wired?

It seems to me (from the way you've described the situation) that worshipping turns her on and tickling just makes her laugh.
Im not exactly sure if you mix the two together, but I get the impression that you keep them seperate. Apologies if I'm wrong. Perhaps you should try giving her some light tickles on the sides or feet whilst you are worshipping. That usually gets a girl excited and should get you the results 😉
