I'd be suprise if there's not, but San Francisco's to large and diverse to not have tickers and ticklees.
 
I think that there are ticklers/ticklees in all world, but sometimes isn't easy to catch them.
 
Technically I'm FROM the bay area but live currently in New Jersey. Just so you know though that the Golden State does concieve us as well! 😛
