I've sometimes questioned this myself when watching a model go from terribly ticklish in a tickling video, to orgasmic in a foot fetish video even though the same techniques are being implemented (i.e toe sucking). I suppose it could come down to constraint and their ability put mind over matter. Setting and mood can perhaps also play a factor. Then you have girls like Cindy.
