Just curious. I’m Native American. I wonder how many other folks here are native or indigenous people and where they’re from.
 
I'm actually a registered member of the Mi'kmaq indigenous people despite the fact I live in NY state. I have just enough genetic ancestry from them to qualify as a tribe member. I visited their lands a few times with my little sis and her wife and we've always felt welcome.
