So I usually don't post because I don't have much to say except when it comes to math and football especially Green Bay Packer football. So what I am saying is you guys/gals are going to probably get sick of me hating on the Bears, Lions and most of all the Vikqueens and Cowgirls. Before this gets into a "what do you think about Favre" thread I will go ahead and say I love what he did for my team and loved the legend he made but until he retires or stops wearing that god awful purple he is an enemy (for lack of better words.) I just want to start off asking "Who are your playoff picks, super bowl contenders and super bowl winners?" Bias is ok 😛

NFC
Packers
Saints aka Aints
Redskins
San Fran
WC: Vikqueens & Cowgirls

AFC
Baltimore (Though Cincy could step it up where the Steelers are doomed to a .500 season)
Indy (Titans need to show they have a team not just C.J.)
J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets 😛 (I love that)
Broncos (Weakest division in all NFL so dont be surprised if Oak actually does something or SD makes a comeback)
WC: Pats and Houston

Super Bowl: Packers v Jets Packers take it 31 27

Dont know why Im doing this, but what the hell....

NFC Playoffs:
1. New Orleans Saints: if its more of the same last year, Saints go in with home field.
2. Dallas Cowboys: Saints as far as I can see are the only team that's better.
3. Green Bay Packers: Aaron Rogers accends to the next level this year.
4. San Francisco 49ers: Somebody has to win that division.
5. Philadelphia Eagles / Washington Redskins: take your pick on this one.
6. Minnesota Vikings: Brett Farve will battle, but maybe to much for him to over come.

AFC Playoffs:
1. New York Jets: How can you not pick this team? Loads of talent and attitude, can talk it and walk it.
2. Indianapolis Colts: You know they'll be there.
3. Cincinatti Bengals: If anything they are going to be fun to watch with Terrell Owens and Chad Johnson.
4. San Dieago Chargers: See 49ers reason.
5. New England Patriots: Still one of the best teams in the league.
6. Houston Texans: FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super Bowl XLV: A team from the NFC and a team from the AFC 😀
(Honest pick: New Orleans Saints vs. New York Jets)

AFC

East - Miami Dolphins: The Jets are the trendy pick but Sanchez has to show vast improvement from a bad rookie season, the Revis situation, I could go on, and the Patriots have no running game and a very suspect defense. Miami has made solid improvements and have the all important chemistry factor.

North - Baltimore Ravens: Reed is a concern but the Defense should be solid and the offense has finally entered the picture; Cincy hasn't posted back-to-back winning seasons in quite a while aka decades, Carson Palmer has regressed, the egos, etc; and Big Ben has divided that locker room and ruined any chemistry.

South - Indianapolis Colts: Until someone beats Peyton, the Colts will take the division; Houston should make a solid push but will likely settle for a Wildcard Berth; Tennessee has to show me that its more then the CJ2K show.

West - San Diego Chargers: Again its a "by default" choice, no one is going to push this team and once again they will fizzle in the playoffs.

NFC

East - New York Giants: Solid QB, young WR's, they can run the ball and play D. Pundits are drooling over the Cowboys being the first home team in a Super Bowl but they are overlooking the GMEN. This division is going beat each other up and my money is the man with the Super Bowl ring taking snaps from center.

North - Green Bay Packers: Aaron Rodgers is on a mission of dominance but also to free his association to the name Brett Favre and what better way then to win the division. Detroit is still a few years away and Minny has been hurt by injuries in the receiving corps and Favre can't possibly have any magic left.

South - New Orleans Saints: No one repeats in the NFC South but this is the year that curse ends. Drew Brees and his offense will light up the scoredboard, the defense will make plays and Tampa, Carolina, and Atlanta will just have another year of experience to show for it.

West - San Fransisco 49ers: Mike Singletary has this team gelling and that WCO is once again a staple of the red and gold. Arizona is a mess, Seattle doesn't know what it is yet and St. Louis picked first overall in the draft.

Superbowl: Bears V Jets

Don't know about the Bears, but the Jets just ended the Rivas holdout, and he's probably the premier lock down cornerback in the game, and he's cocky enough to know it.

If QB Sanchez isn't a one year fluke, the Jets are the real deal.

It's not like he was that good last year. He played like a rookie and I'm not expecting much of a jump in his production this year either. I'm thinking that the Jets won't be as good as people expect. Everyone wants to forget about New England and I wouldn't be surprised if Miami finished ahead of the Jets also.

Sanchez will do fine just because the team that is around him. As long as he does not turn over the ball they will win their games. I do not know how the bears are going to make it to the playoffs nevertheless to the superbowl but hey I am a dreamer too. As for the cowboys, when they lose to the Skins this week i will be a happy fellow.
