In the Armpit Tickling Compilation set of videos there's this great scene with a naked lady tied down and her feet are tied to these dumbbells lying on the floor.

The tickled lady is named "Florence". The Tickler has a strong southern accent and asks "What's wrong, are you allergic to laughter?"

Does anyone know the name of this film or where I can get a copy?
