Arms tied up or tied back

As a ler, is it better to tie arms up/to the sides or tie them back? What do you feel makes the tickling better?
As a lee, do you prefer having your arms extended or does it feel more restrained having them tied back?

I think it depend on what you like as a ler and the spot your focusing on, hands up is great, but I also like the T position, as it allows all sorts of fun with a person biceps and underarms, but also the feet are secured together..so perfect for foot tickles too 😁

I'm torn. Sometimes i find tied up, people's armpits don't seem as ticklish. As for me personally, when someone has their fingers trapped in my armpits while i try to clamp them closed is honestly when it tickles me the most.

I say it depends on what area is being tickled. I’ve had sessions where the lee is strictly getting feet tickled. In that case the arms have been strapped to their sides, or handcuffs behind back. That’s okay for a few pokes at the sides too.
If it’s a full on tickle torture session, I prefer the lee with arms up OR out like a T. In the T, I can put more straps on the arms. If we’re including sides/armpits in the session then arms straight up or the T is how we do it. Sometimes in the X position. Just depends!

I prefer up most of the time, as both ler and lee. For most people I've tickled, the tight, stretched out muscles get much more sensitive–especially along the sides of the ribs and the underarms. Though, similar to what @tickler13_13 was saying, I sometimes find that some people are not as ticklish on their underarms when fully stretched out, so some slack in the rope can help with that when it happens. One exception to me preferring up is of course a hogtie. with the arms and legs both behind the arched back, the lower sides and tummy are stretched so tight. Rolling the lee onto their side when in a hogtie is a great way to tickle that area. It's so brutal

I enjoy both. But I think behind the back is underappreciated. If she's face down with her hands tied behind her back or hogtied, I love to jam my fingers in her armpits and just go to town. Her arms pins my hands right where I want them so she can't shake me off. And she's really got no leverage to squirm away. Or I can sit her in a recliner, straddle her thighs, and we're face to face... We both know she's got no escape... And I grab her ribs and watch her flail... Heavenly. 😃
