If you're in a big city, search the web for local dungeons nearby. Also, check yor area Backpage site, where you will find a "Dom/Fetish" tab in the personals section. If you're in the right spot, there could be a pipeline of Dommes to sip from. There are even some pro Dommes and switches here that may be able to assist you if you ask nicely.

Fetlife is a good place to look in addition to this forum and the personals section. You can create an account for free and look up different groups in your area. I've actually found some people in other kink groups (that weren't centered on tickling) that were happy to tickle me after I got to know them. Good luck!
