As promised...Chun Li

Alright guys and gals, I finally found the time to do it. This Chun Li drawing has been a few months in coming (sorry for the delay). This is a more realistic take on her than I originally intended to do, but that's the direction I finally decided to go with it. BTW, this drawing is connected to the original "What Video Game Girl Would You Like to See Tickled" thread.
Anyway...enjoy! 😀

The thread he refers to was a game that I created some time ago. Basically, people nominate what video game characters they want to see tickled, and then I go through a process of elimination (if necessary) and give the participants voting options.

And whichever character gets the most votes, I will draw that character. 😀

I also encouraged, early on, other artist to join in as well if they wanted to. That way, we'd all get different versions of the same character, in different styles, etc. 🙂

So far theres been two rounds, and I plan to hold a third some time.

I may even do this for anime later on, and maybe even celebrities. 😀

You could do fiction chars in general. That might bring up some interesting and rarely used chars.

Chun Li and Cammy do tend to be much recurring chars... and I'm not complaining.
Just shows what female chars are popular in the videogame universes.

Whoa! Hey, thanks guys. I wasn't quite sure how well it would be recieved since I went the realism route rather than the anime route. You know, if it wasn't for this forum, I don't know when if ever I would have gotten into art again. After I left college, I stopped drawing since my music started dominating my life. It feels good to get back into it. Anyway, all you guys rock on! 😀

Yeah, I noticed the realism immediately. Its always nice to try different things. Art is very personally rewarding. :happy:
