Asking a total stranger if her feet are ticklish

I'm beginning to think that he was pushing our buttons just to see what kind of responses we would submit. He hasn't been around since 6:57 last night. I think it's time we abandon this thread and focus on other things.

(Watch... he'll probably make another appearance just to keep this thing going)

You know what the real problem here is? It's not some guy asking a stupid question. It's 30 people feeling compelled to discuss it. If everyone who thinks this is annoying or dumb just read it and said to themselves "Boy this is annoying or dumb," and went on with their lives, it would be just another idiotic post that came and went.

Instead, everyone has to get their 2 cents in, keeping it at the top of the page and making it into a bigger deal than it actually is.

All that happened is that someone asked a question that I happen to agree is ridiculous.

But what's making it into a "thing" is the rest of the people in the thread.

If you really think this, or some other thread, is annoying, IGNORE it. Don't reply to say you think it's stupid. Don't reply to say you agree with me that you shouldn't have replied. Just don't reply!

Okay I got my answer. Really couldn't care less if they like it or not, as I stated, but as long as it isn't illegal. Only concerned with consequences for myself, that's all.

Even should it turn out to be illegal, your irresitable charm will talk you around any lawyer or judge!!

Whenever I see a tasty lookin piece of woman-meat, I wanna go up to her and say something like "nice feet, are they ticklish?" Is that illegal?

A lot depends on where you are....

In a singles bar, I seriously doubt anyone would consider asking a woman that question as harrassment.

On the other hand, in public settings such as malls, grocery stores, etc....asking a woman the same thing would likely get you escorted from the building, told to stay out, and possibly even arrested (especially here in the south).

I've never made asking women I don't know well if they were ticklish a practice....because to me, that is private information. I don't want strangers asking my sisters, nieces, or my girlfriend that question....it's none of anyone else's business; asking them personal info against their will is harrassment (which IS illegal). The mall where I'm employed as a security officer would also be quite upset by anyone asking women that question; it's considered harrassment and violates mall rules. If I recieve a report of a guy asking women their shoe size, if they are ticklish, their underwear brand, etc....I immediately escort them from the premises; and have contacted law enforcement on more than one occasion (usually when the idiot returned after being escorted out and began violating the same mall rule again OR if the person is approaching juveniles).

Nothing whatsoever wrong with asking anyone anything. Keyword is ASKing. No laws against "Questions".
Statements on the other hand can earn you trouble.

I can only recall one other instance where I asked someone I didnt know that well if they were ticklish, but again, I did it with discretion, and she didnt think anything of it.
I had once written a story on here about Kandy the Tickling Massage Therapist. (And no, Ticklish_Kandy, this is in fact a real person, and was written long before you joined this site) Anyhow, I have been for massages with Kandy the massage therapist a few times, including a couple of months ago, and, during the first session I had with her, (I had met her previously outside her massage parlor with my friend, so she wasnt a total stranger to me) I casually asked her if people ever told her massage felt ticklish, like as in when she was massaging their feet or such. She said, that yes, in fact, some people did tell her that massage felt ticklish. As I was about to get on to her massage table, for my massage, she asked me if I had any special pain or pressure points that she should be aware of. I said to her that I really didnt, but that I was very ticklish, and that if I writhed around, she wasn't necessarially hurting me, but that it might feel ticklish. I then asked her, very casually, and nonchalantly, because she makes you sign a form where if you come on to her sexually in any way, that she terminates the session, and asks you to leave. Being aware of that, I casually said to her the question in this way:" Kandy, when you have been massaged, does it ever tickle you?" Kandy apparently thought nothing of the question, because she did in fact tell me that she herself goes for massages with her own professional massuse, and that, yes, in fact, sometimes in certain parts of her body, the massage does feel ticklish. So, in doing so in such a casual manner, I was able to get Kandy the Massage Therapist to admit to me that she is ticklish, without looking like it was some big sexual question where I was trying to probe her ticklishness. I didnt cross the line, she didnt feel uncomfortable, and I didnt violate her rule, or get asked to leave.
This is what I mean by tact and discretion. Those are two detailed instances where I got away with asking people the question in the mainstream, and didnt get a dirty look, or thought of as being deviant. In truth, this is probably the only way one can get people to discuss tickling in the mainstream, in such situations.

Id cool it if I were you womenrticktoy. That is if your seriously asking that question. Nothing screams perv like doing that, seems like some people need to learn alittle tact.

Anyone can do it anytime!
Take an official poll seeing how many people are ticklish and where and whether or not they like it or hate it.
It is a genera public poll for publication in a magazine or newsletter.

:dogpile:

People will be more than happy to take part in it. Bring a female friend so as you can ask both male and female and nobody will feel......intimidated.

All tooooooooooo easy.
