attachments enabled, maybe only temporarily

Hi everyone,

I'm going to try allowing attachments on the forum for a while and see what kind of impact it has on our bandwidth. To start I'm setting a limit of 200k on attachments, which should be enough for most images, but probably not enough for any video clips. Once I have a better idea of how much bandwidth we consume doing that, I'll either have to disable attachments again, or leave them the same, or maybe increase the limit to allow larger files. Right now it's just a test. 🙂

Please report any oddities to me right away, like if you find that you can upload gigantic files despite the limit, or if something goes wrong.

If you have one handy, do me a favor and try to upload one thats over 200k if you dont mind. The admin users dont have any size limitation on uploads, so I cant test it myself without going through the trouble of creating a new account.
