This year, we are initiating a new thing for our Workshop Saturday.

In the past, when NEST was smaller, I invited guests to bring old videos (or new ones) drawings, stories or any collectibles to the party and you would have a chance to sell, trade, give away your items with others.

This year, we will have a special slot available for just that. There will be a TV and VCR/DVD provided to showcase your wares. We are trying to get tables set-up so you can have your own special spot. THis is also a great opportunity for Tickling Video Producers.

For artists, any tickling or NEST-related art you have created can be sold at that time. This is not just limited to jewelry or clothing. It can be cuffs, stocks, or any bondage gear that you feel our Lees and Lers would benefit from.

For those who are having trouble raising the money for registration, we have a few opportiunities available for trade and volunteer work.

When you register, please state if any of this applies to you so we can get a figure as to how much space we need to do this.

REGISTRATION and APPLICATIONS will begin on Monday February 5. At that time, we will give you the website where you can register and apply online and you can even pay the admission online via PayPal.

The NEST madness has begun!

Selling my artwork at NEST....

Everyone who knows I go to Philly in the Spring thinks it's for a cartooning convention. This is slowly becoming less untrue! lol

Does the registration HAVE to be through PayPal or is that just for vendors needing additional acommodations?

Nope. PayPal is simply an option we're offering to anyone who'd like the speed and convenience of doing things online. There will be an option to snail mail your registration fee as well. No worries. 😉

PayPal will certainly make it convenient, great idea. Two days of official events sounds great.
It seems NEST gets better every year. 😀

If artists were to display work for sale or trade, what span of time would be available for display, and in what setting? Before or during the social? Throughout the span of the workshops (a good portion of Saturday, I presume)? Whatever details are available would be useful, I imagine. I'll likely not have anything for this year, but just curious about specifics if I were to try my hand as a purveyor of art...

The exact schedule has yet to be determined.

Most likely, the flea market (as I'm calling it) will be sometime on Saturday afternoon. It won't be an all-day thing for two reasons...availability of space and because those folks who take part will want the opportunity to take part in other things as well. We'll be firming up the workshop schedule in the coming days and will schedule in the flea market at the same time.

The full Saturday schedule will be posted as soon as we're sure when presenters want to offer their specific workshops.

Mil is right.... NEST does get better every year! I hope that a lot of folks can join us for the full weekend of events! :rotate:
