Auto screenname in login

To make a long story short...how would I clear or eliminate my Screen name from automatically filling in when I am logging in after only typing the first letter OF my screen name?

Again, it is a long story as to the "whys'" but I kinda need to do this.

Disable the auto complete options on your system, Ed. That should take care of it.

I tried that....in my internet options....."Use inline autocomplete" and I UNchecked that......did not solve the problem. Unless I did something wrong or went to the wrong place in my options, any other suggestions?

TTD: Under Autocomplete, be sure to clear the forms and passwords. The two buttons for those functions are directly under the checkboxes.

Did not see that under the Autocomplete......after UNdoing the autocomplete and restarting......it still did not work.

Ever since the virus and the crash and the total reformatting of the hard drive.....still this PC has not been the same and I still have problems.
I am about ready to take a sledgehammer to it.
