LOL I believe he was trying out for a role in "A Clockwork Orange on Broadway"...

Her feet are rather elusive, but she's been seen barefoot before.
There've been some beach soles posted, and some barefoot in the park. But mostly we only get to see flip flops of her. I would have loved for a shot from behind on that first photo.
