AWhat happened to "China Girl", a tickling story?

Almost 8 years ago, I read a story named "China Girl", and it was about a spy named Jan Chang, who got trapped and heavily tickled by a russian female guard named Volshka...or something like it. I think that story is one of the best I've ever read! Where can I find it again?
