Babs Bunny has teased the wrong rabbit one too many times and he wants to get even. Securing her down with straps that can hold toons, he begins to tickle her paws to his heart's content. Poor Babs is so exhausted by the end, all she can do is just lay there and take it. With all of her fight gone.
