There are a lot of babsitters out there and nanny's who can't handle taking care of babies. You'll see reports of them slapping a kid, holding them for long periods of time upside down. Go to youtube and type in 'Babysitter cam' or something like that. I bet you'll find a lot there.

no,it isn't a joke or scam it was in the Newspaper over here in Louisiana where it took place.The city was Jefferson.

Were has our society's morality and desire to do the right thing gone? WHERE? I wanna know so I can go find it and bring it back to us! 🙁

It went out with the moral relativism of the 60's through the 80's. It's all "what do I want" and "I want what's best for me" and "I'll do whatever feels good to me." No one wants to call what is wrong or bad or evil wrong, bad, or evil because "that's sooo judgemental" and "Who made YOU God?" and "Everyone should be able to do what they want"....blah blah blah. We started down the slippery slope long ago and are now paying for it. Afterall, today's mantra is to play the victim: "It's my (fill in the blank with someone else's role in my life) fault because..." Taking responsibility for one's actions and one's self has been cast out in this post-modern society. In her eyes, as taught over the past decades, I'm sure she felt fully and wholly justified for what she did to the child.

Some of us have been warning of this moral decline for decades. The dragon's teeth have been sown and now we are reaping the crop. As it says about the nation of Israel in Judges 21:25 "In those days there was no king in Israel; everyone did what was right in his own eyes. " That's what is happening now. That is what I have been fighting against for my 45 years. But, most people in society can't even think and plan ahead for the consequences of their actions 15 minutes from now, let alone a generation ahead! That's why MDJ and I raise our kids different from everyone else. My kids may be looked on as "weird', but they will NOT be sucked into the vile morass that has become post-modern society.

Her life is over...period.

When she gets out of jail she'll be 60 to 70 with a horrific criminal record (if they ever let her out of jail at all).

We all live with the consequences of our choices and now she'll live with hers...her impatience has cost her her dignity, her freedom, and her soul.

I grieve with the family of the lost infant. I pray they will find some form of satisfaction knowing this wicked person will be punished.

Just curious...was this babysitter a teenager? I'm getting fed up with today's teenagers and their freaking "it's okay to be a horrific person" attitude.

teens today just sicken me, honestly, I am 18 (about to be 19 soon) and I try to do the right thing everyday, however I live in Philadelphia where every teenager thinks that they are immortal and can pass judgement on any living creature that does or does not possess drugs (more than likely people that DO possess drugs) I am supprised Philadelphia still is using dollars instead of cocane for currency, but as being a teenager myself I try to do what I can for the good of the city or myself and others, but many teens think it's ok to kill because of that rap music they listen to (honestly I HATE rap music) and my belief is that rap is the cause of all the violence in our world today, people killing eachother, drug use everywhere you go (I would put money on the babysitter was on something) and any other injustice.

im hoping that you're pointing out that whoever would put a baby in the dryer is insane enough to eat it.....

but goddamnit, this dark humor. Deep down, we know its funny, but we aren't allowed to laugh at it >.<

BTW, i don't quite care what anyone thinks of expectations, stereotypes, etc. etc. and I do what I see as right in my own eyes (i'm 19). The thing, though, is that I can honestly say that none of that has anything to do with drying babies. This bitch is just some sick individual who should receive a life sentence (in my eyes, the people who have life sentences like Crime of Passion people, etc. etc. etc. should be allowed to put themselves out of their misery while the truly sick people should have to sit there and live with themselves, knowing that their parents, friends, acquaintances, and all others hate them beyond reason, as well as getting stabbed and cut up in jail... also death by dragging through cactus field should be an execution after they've spent 30 years in jail.....). This degenerate needs to be dealt with. Also, don't generalize that any teenager who is a bit of a dick will end up drying babies or washing them in the machine/dishwasher/all the other stuff my weird mind has swirling around in it.

That is horrible, completely ruthless, disgusting, horrid, demented, and crooked. She either must have been on something, or her wiring's WAAYYY off! Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, but for the grief she's putting that family through, there really is no equal opposite reaction, everything pales in comparison to what they're feeling now. :sad:

I honestly do not think you would die from being dragged through a cactus field.Oh,sure you would be in a lot of pain and be positively miserable but you would not die.In fact years ago before anyone on here was born I believe it was a punishment that you had to stand in a fenced in area covered with Cacti,barefoot.Now provided it was done long enough you may get Sunstroke,Heat exhaustion,or dehydration and die that way but the punishment of being dragged through cacti probably won't kill you.I am 99.99% sure of that.
