Hearing of James' previous encounter with senior VP Lava Comova Lava (see Bad Boss 3 Pt1 - Scratch My Feet - <a href="http://C4S.com/5557/15278481">http://C4S.com/5557/15278481</a> ), CEO Sally D'Angelo confronts him about his apparent lack of respect for women, especially those in authority. To show him that his rightful place is beneath her, she demands that he massage her feet properly, without tickling. Despite the clear directive, he has the balls to slip in some tickles into the massage, making the big, bad, bossy CEO jump and twitch while trying to maintain her austere demeanor.

At one point, he abandons any facade of trying to massage her feet and turns the situation into a referendum on her being a weakling with coward feet. He puts her on the defensive and even asks her "what kind of trailer do you live in", eliciting her strong defense of her social status. In a bid give her a chance to recover her sense of having strong character, he ties her feet so she will appear less fearful. Unfortunately, when he tickles her tied feet, her fear erupts into <b>Violently Vibrating Feet Syndrome (VVFS)</b>. He then unabashedly teases her of having coward feet. He may be a bad man.
