Bad Circulation in the feet/toes

Ok i have a question for all of you lers out there who like to tickle the feet/toes.

Is it a turn off for you when the lee has bad circulation in the feet and toes? (ex: when the feet or the toes turn purple due to cold air circulation or Raynaud's disease or toe ties being to tight ect.)

Or does it not matter to you?

Personally I hate it. It must hurt a lot. It looks awful.

If the toes are tied so tight they turn purple, then you are causing damage - lack of circulation can lead to problems down the road for the lee.
