Baron Munchausen - Uma Thurman?

OK, so I have been wondering whose feet were tickled in The adventures of Baron Munchausen. AI tells me it was Uma Thurman. Can anyone verify this? Or is it but internet rumour?

It's not her. Uma Thurman is in the movie, but she is not the one being tickled.
