Baseball has become the most boring professional sport in America; it's rank right up there with soccer in America. Baseball use to be fun, stolen bases, hit and run, bunt and runs, players running from first base all the way home when a single was hit. stealing home plate to win the game in the bottom of the 9th.

Now, it’s either walk, strike out, or home run; damn I miss the old game.

Baseball in wonderful, but I'm not going to debate it, I'm going to watch it. You watch what you like. 😀

I gotta agree with Mils on this one. But stolen bases are gradually going down every year. But watching A guy try for a triple is one of the most exciting plays in sports. And you can`t tell me my Rangers Mr. Matthews catch wasn`t one of the best of all time?
But I truly love Football as well. And why not, I live in a city with the best, most loved, & prolific team in NFL history. The DALLAS COWBOYS!!!!!!!!

The way u speak of it, stealin home was common

I suggest you watch the american league, there is yer exciting baseball

and football is better?
"He breaks thru the hole! he's at the 50-45-40...etc etc....TOUCHDOWN! OH WAIT THERE IS A FLAG, THE RUN DOESNT COUNT! TIME FOR COMERCIAL!"

ya'll must not be Mets fans cuz u dont know Jose Reyes... if he gets on base, hes prolly gettin home one way or another. he puts pressure on the entire defense becuz its almost a given that he is gonna steal. hes leading the league if not all of baseball in steals. hes the quickest player ive seen in a while.

I've been watching Mets games, Cubs games, Tigers games and a few others thrown in for good measure. I've seen stolen bases from guys who never steal (besides Jose Reyes who leads the league in stolen bases), home run from a 47 year old, a home run by a pitcher, squeeze plays, hit-n-runs, a steal for home, and numerous bunt and runs.

And, today, I saw a shift on soooo wide that David Wright, 3rd base of the Mets, was playing 2nd which on a similar shift last night he was in the same position and used it into a double play. Valentin, 2nd baseman, in that spot, was sooo far over, he was nearly in the 1st baseman back pocket.

I have to say, I'm interested again.

HR from a 47 yr old? who could that be? hmmmm.... 47 yrs old... i think u mean Julio Franco lol. hes got a few stolen bases as well.

I think baseball is boring too, but please dont compare it to soccer, the worlds biggest snoozefest! :ranty:
