I heard there was a girl from baywatch Hawaii on the Howard Stern Show a long time ago, i think her name was Brandy, but im not sure. Does anyone have this clip?

I'm in the process of uploading to alt.multimedia.tk both RM and MPG versions of Brande Roderick getting tickled on Howard Stern. The MPG version is 15MB in size, so you might want to choose the RM version.

grr

stop posting requests in the video clips section, thats what the request section is for. u guys always get my hopes up. lol

be careful there tommy. ive bitched before about posts being in the wrong place and ive gotten grilled by the "moderators" and "users" because im not a "moderator". youre not allowed to point out incorrect posts on here....

no, you see that post was ok, because he put a "lol" at the end... if he hadnt the it may have seemed nasty - little touches like that can make all the difference! 😉

The RM version is called brande-roderick_98kbps.rm and is about 3 MB in size. The MPG version is called Brande-Roderick_low.mpg and is about 15 MB. I had some problems uploading the MPG version, so I was unable to get a complete version to upload until today.

Sorry, but I can't email directly to people.

I uploaded the clip to the newsgroup alt.multimedia.tk

You will need a news reader to get it. I started a thread in the media section of TMF called "tickling media on alt.multimedia.tk - 12/07" that goes into more detail about the process.

If you have traditional Internet service, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will provide you with addresses for incoming and outgoing mail and news. For example, Internet America uses the address library.airnews.net for accessing newsgroups. Your news reader will need to know this address in order to access the newsgroups provided by your ISP. There are a large number of programs that can be used to access newsgroups. Reading the news posted to the newsgroup is like reading your email; there is even a news reader within Netscape. I wouldn't, however, use Netscape's news reader because while it does make reading news easy, it doesn't have good support for the process of combining and decoding the messages that binary files (clips) are posted in. I recommend getting a program dedicated to reading news; a list of some of these with instructions for setting them up can be found on an Internet America help page at http://support.airmail.net/news/ . You can also go to http://www.hotfiles.com and search for 'news reader' to get a list of many other news readers. I happen to use NewsRover since it does a good job of processing binary files (video clips, jpegs, MP3's, etc.), but it doesn't have a very intuitive interface. In my previous response I mentioned a thread I started in the media section in which I have some instructions for using NewsRover.

I hope this helps.

Foottickler3000,

If you can now get to alt.multimedia.tk (AMT), the clip will either be there or it won't; you don't really need to search for it. The downside of news servers is that messages expire in order to recover space, so the Brande Roderick clip is probably gone by now. I reposted it just now, so check AMT.

So, while you were working through the issues of accessing AMT, were you reminded of Nietzsche's quote "What doesn't kill me makes me stronger."? 🙂

I didn't create any of these clips. I would assume that any clips that are OK to post to AMT are OK to make available through Morpheus.

By the way, I'm glad to hear you were finally able to get things working.
