BDSM Dungeon Philly?

I was wondering, me and Lee of mine are looking to book somewhere to play in Philly when I'm out there next month. I'm not familiar at all with the U.S. It will be my first time visiting. We're looking preferably for somewhere private with some heavy restraint equipment such as a rack. Probably for more than one session. Do any of you tickling veterans know of any good places that fit this description?

I don't know if they will rent you space (as opposed to your booking a session with one of the Dommes who work there), so you should call them.
