Application....

The easy part is climbing the mountain past the wild beasts and getting the application form...THEN comes the interview process!! TIB barely survived it, and he's young and tough.....:wow: Q
 
my guess...

is that most of the time the guys involved either own the company (they don't appear to be huge operations) or are friends of the people who do. I really doubt there's an "interview" or "application process".
