The idea is a before and after, meaning that the last word or words of a common phrase are also the first word or words of another common phrase. In this case, the before and after comes out sounding like a game you REALLY don't want to play!

Example;
Operating table + table tennis = operating table tennis (EEEEEEWWWWW!) :shock: :shake: :cry1: :sowrong:

(More alarming than gross, I realize, but it's not a game I want to get picked for.)
