Being Tickled A Good Workout?

When I wrote my latest story concerning Christopher Lloyd as the tickler and Michael J Fox as the ticklee, one point Chris kept making to Mike is the laughing can be good exercise, and that being tickled mercilessly can actually give you a good workout. I found out that laughing from 10 to 15 minutes can make you burn between 10 to 40 calories, depending on your weight and the intensity of laughter. I'm sure the intensity of laughter that results from being tickled can be rather high. The more unbearable the ticklish sensation is, the harder the intensity of the laughter would be. Anyway, what are your thought on this? Could being tickled mercilessly for a long time be good exercise?

Even if it isn't the best exercise, I'd still recommend it. 😉

I would think it would be a good cardio workout, to say the least. Heightened breathing, heart rate, and even some muscular work too, if you struggle, stretch, twist, etc. I can't remember which video clip it was, but it was a tickling clip from Howard Stern, she said that she felt like she'd just finished a big workout just from the short tickle session. n.n

LOL well the way I see it; I get the same burning/straining sensation in my abs after prolonged laughter, which I'd get from doing sit-ups. After a while, your out of breath, you have stitches and you get that endorphin high... so it certainly does seem like a good workout 😛

It's a good workout for sure! Abs will benefit and the lungs for the screamers 🙂 .
 
Being tied and tickled is such a good workout, I've heard some people refer to tk as a sport more than a fetish. 🙂

I think being tickled relentlessly on the soles of your feet can actually be good for you. It releases a lot of endorphins, and laughing helplessly can give you such a good work-out.
