As in gender, sexuality, certain physical traits, appearance, personality, things a ticklee does or says when tickled, etc?
 
NOT ATHLETIC

I hate how modern day women all love to go to the gym and work out. For a guy that loves to tickle non athletic women, that's been a huge turn off for me.

Oh to have been a 28 year old in the 70's. My oh my!
 
- They find it fun and don't mind it
- Not a screamer
- Short n petite
- Ask to be tickled or do things that they know will result in getting tickled
 
Ohhhh good question. Some of the best lees I’ve ever had were:

-sassy
-ticklish
-truly enjoyed being tickled
-not afraid to tickle you back
-into bondage/tied down for tickling
-friendly/funny
-liked having ribs, armpits and feet tickled
 
When the person getting tickled trusts me. That means more to me than anything else.
