I like one somebody sent me years ago. I think it was called Japanimation. It was a very long and very sadistic tickle torture scene.

I love the scene in the first Lupin TV episode. It's an all-time classic! It's the one with Fujiko clamped down to a table and many tiny hands popping out and tickling her all over. It's also hugely influential, as evidenced by the many copycat scenes in anime over the years, it's imprint on tickling artwork, and the man behind Tickle Japan claims to have seen it when he was younger and chosen his career path because of it. I have to wonder if there were mainstream scenes prior to when this scene was produced (around 1971) that depicted the 'lee really being tickled while spread-eagled in bondage. A true trail-blazer...

The two other scenes I would nominate are greatly influenced by the one above. The one in Kekko Kamen, with the girl suspended and the tiny robot hands, is great. I just posted a scene in the Mainstream Clip section that I would recommend; it's from an anime series entitled Tenshi Ni Narumon, and the girl is abducted by a UFO, clamped down to a table, and tiny little robots emerge to tickle her. There is a lot less on-screen tickling than the previous two scenes I mentioned, but it's great anyway.

i would have to say that the one episode on teenage mutant ninja turtles which april oneill is captured by don turtelli and tickled on her foot until she tells him the info he needs another scene don turtelli captures the blonde zack and katy tickles their feet until they tell where the emerald is

That April o Neal scene is good, but there's also another tickling scene from that TMNT series where a giant ape gets tickled on the foot. I haven't seen that scene in a loooong time.
