My favorite spot to tickle are the feet. Nothing like a pair of ticklish feet, especially when they're so ticklish you don't even have to tickle them. There's something about such a small part of the body causing such a frantic reaction from the slightest touch. The most convenient are definitely the ribs/sides though as well as the safest and main go to spot for tickling since they're always available.
