Best Tickling Domme in the USA?

So I'm just curious - who would say (based upon first hand experience) is the best tickling domme in the US? (I'm talking about dommes who offer sessions.) I've had sessions with so many dommes over the years, very few of whom were ever any good at tickling, truth be told. (The best tickler *ever* was a domme who used to operate out of Toronto, but sadly no longer does.) Just curious, always looking for suggestions!

Before she retired in 2006, I would have said Mistress Kassandra (of NYC).

After that and before she retired earlier this year, I would have said Mistress Feral (of L.A.).

I've only been tickled once by Mistress Stephanie Locke, but I do highly recommend her.

Doms from Cleveland

I recently made a trip to Cleveland to visit Ms Kitty at the Red Door Dungeon. Ive frequented it many times. The session included Ms Kitty and Lady Lyssa force me to strip take their boots off and smell and kiss their feet. Then they tie me to their rack and tickle me all over. They both were very cruel and evil as they tickled me senseless. Of course there is a bit of a cost so it is something I cant do all the time. I would give them high grades for tickling.
