"Best tickling video of all time" clip?

I remember once seeing this amazing video, fairly short, about a few years ago. A girl in red tied to a regular chair, with the chair's back (and hers) on the floor and each foot tied to a led of the chair. There was a hot girl in a grey t-shirt quietly, slowly tickling her feet, almost ignoring the other girl. It was very sexy.

I'd love it if anyone could suggest where to find it. 😀
