Best way to add some sort of toe ties to stocks?

My stocks are pretty basic. Pic attached. There's plenty of room on the top board to add things. It is solid pine 2x8 if I remember right. The obvious would be some sort of eye hooks attached in a row along the top. I have always hated them in videos because 90% of the time the lees toes are purple. LOL. I also love tickling stocking feet and hate the way it looks when you tie the toes in socks or nylons. I have tickled some ladies recently who wiggle away to the point where it's hard to tickle them. Having their feet held in place would be so fun and save me from spraining my fingers trying to hold them still. Feet are strong! Any ideas that aren't too elaborate? I was sort of thinking of a long bar that would lay across all 10 toes at once and hold the feet upright. Maybe something like a 1/2" wooden dowel? Then I would have to figure out how to attach it and make it adjustable.

I was trying to remember a specific thing and I couldn't remember where I saw it. Then I remembered, it's the Tickle Abuse stocks. I watched a video of Cali with just the big toe tied back but there were straps for all the toes. It looks to me like an elastic strap that passes through 2 grommets in the stocks. I am assuming they are tied off on the back side of the stocks so they don't pull through. I liked the look of it as it didn't detract too much from the feet even in nylons.

The only thing I can't figure out is how it would be adjustable in height for different size feet? I guess you could drill holes and add grommets in rows in 1" increments.

Update: I think I've got it! Bungee cords and then adding a metal crimp on the backside of the stocks. They are thin but strong. Comfortable but I don't think the lee could escape if you crimped them so there was only enough stretch to put them around the toes. They are thin enough not to detract from the visual of the feet or those ticklish areas in between the toes.

the toe bar taht just uses pressure to hold the toes back would be the best non tie method...need to find out what others are using I suppose..

I have bought 1/8" bungee cord. I ordered metal crimps and then I remembered the spring cord locks like you use for shoe laces. This will allow me to easily adjust them. Now I need to get a lee in my stocks so I can figure out where to drill the holes.
