I got bought that exact kit for secret santa one year at work 😀
 
Overpriced for two simple wrist cuffs, a blindfold, and a big feather.
 
I agree with mils about the price and then the quality and durability of these type things is also suspect. But for me and my "active" tickling lifestyle, they would probably suffice.
 
A liiitle expensive, but it could work.
