Gotta say, this is the ONLY other instance I've heard of this technique during a pedicure, after I witnessed it ten years ago when I went with my girlfriend at the time ("Ella"). When I think back on this, it almost seems surreal....like, just too impossibly ticklish, and any nail technician would know better than to try that on someone's soles. And yet...here's further evidence that some actually do it.
