Big Bad Mama starring Angie Dickinson and William Shatner is one of king of B movies Roger Corman's best.
It's a pretty sexy movie and there's a good tickle scene in it. One of the characters has sex with the mother (Angie Dickinson) and both daughters over a period of several weeks or months.
Anyway, he's at a public park one day wrestling with the oldest daughter. While he pins her, the younger daughter starts tickling her sister's foot. The camera moves away, but you can hear the girl laugh hysterically.
