According to Dave Meltzer, it is being reported that Shane McMahon recently had a meeting at the UFC offices. When asked for more information, Dana White responded with:

and

According to Dana White at the UFC 105 post-fight press conference, Brock Lesnar is dealing with some very serious health issues and it could be a long time before he is able to fight again. During a recent trip to Canada, Lesnar collapsed and had to be rushed to the hospital. White say that while it isn't AIDS or cancer, it is still a very serious illness and he promised to respect Lesnar's wishes and not go into further details. White said it is possible that Lesnar will be stripped of the Heavyweight Title or an interim champion will be crowned. He will be meeting with Lesnar next week regarding these issues.

Bloodyelbow stated that it could possibly be a career ending illness.I'm not a big Lesnar fan but I hope the best for the guy.Minotauro is also out of his 108 bout with a staph infection.

So we have:

Lesnar: serious illness
Nogueira: injured
Carwin: injured
Barry: injured
Duffee: injured

:banghead:

Yeah the HW division is looking very bad now due to injuries

Also, the credible word out there is its a staph infection

Illness

On 26th October 2009, it was announced that Lesnar had pulled out of the UFC 106 card in which he was set to face Shane Carwin for the UFC Heavyweight Championship due to an illness, UFC President Dana White said that Brock had been ill for three weeks and claimed he had never been this sick in his life and that it would take him a while to recover, his fight with Carwin was rescheduled for UFC 108 in early 2010.[86] On 4th November 2009, it was confirmed that Lesnar was suffering from mononucleosis and that his bout with Carwin would have to wait a bit longer, thus the fight for UFC 108 was cancelled.[87] On 14th November 2009, at the UFC 105 post-fight conference, Dana stated, "He’s not well and he’s not going to be getting well anytime soon.” and that an interim title match might need to be set up.[88] Lesnar is suffering from serious intestinal disorder that will require a major surgical procedure.[89]
Personal life

Brock Lesnar is so sick, he'll be going to the Mayo Clinic so doctors can figure out what to do -- but it will probably require major surgery ... UFC Prez Dana White tells TMZ.

White tells us Lesnar -- the UFC heavyweight champ -- is "very, very sick" with some sort of intestinal disorder, although listening to White, it sounds a lot more serious than that. White says the condition will require "major surgery."

White is going to visit Lesnar in the hospital and is trying to get him transferred to the Mayo Clinic, one of the most renowned medical facilities in the world.

White says Lesnar -- formerly of the WWE -- was diagnosed with mono more than a week ago and was "bummed out" that he had to cancel the fight and went to Canada to rest. White says Lesnar collapsed in Canada a week ago today and has been hospitalized ever since.

White acknowledges the current condition is not mono but he will not be specific. White says the condition is not HIV or cancer.

And, White tells TMZ, "There's a possibility Lesnar will never fight again."
