Lylah and Fifi Fox are planning on spending their afternoon by the pool. Lylah is running late since she couldn't find her favorite bikini to wear. She meets up with Fifi and is shocked to find her wearing Lylah's bikini. Lylah immediately confronts Fifi demanding her to her to admit she stole the bathing suit from her. Fifi denies it while arguing with Lylah. Lylah becomes infuriated and yells at Fifi while Fifi calls her over dramatic. Lylah decides she needs to teach her a lesson and hand over mouth Fifi until she passes out. Fifi wakes up feeling a little dazed to find her hands are restrained behind her back and ankles are securely tied to a table exposing her vulnerable soles. Lylah demands that Fifi confess to stealing her swimsuit. Once again Fifi denies it which causes Lylah to take action and begins to tickle her soles. Fifi struggles and laughs trying to break free. Her feet are so ticklish as she begs for mercy. Lylah tries to tickle torture her for a confession but Fifi is too stubborn. Lylah tickles her pretty soles while growing angrier and hysterical. Fifi pleads her her to stop tickling her.
