Once in a great while I get in a helpful mood, so allow me to shed a dim but steady light on your request. This clip (or actually a video tape) made the rounds in pre-Internet times and in its day, I thought it was a good tape. I saw what must have been a pirated copy of it in the early 1980's, so the quality was well below par by today's standards. Good luck on trying to find any digitized versions.
To me, the major redeeming feature of this tape was that the woman ticklee was really extremely ticklish, and that made it somewhat unique for that era. It was obviously an amateur production - no plot - and not especially good lighting. The guy doing the tickling had a strange resemblence to Sadam Hussein (my opinion) and perhaps to some viewers that gave it another unique quality. I have seen hundreds of clips and videos, and the woman starring here I have never seen before or since, which may be another indication of this being amateur hour.
In the opening segment (of the version I saw) she was tied sitting in a chair, wearing a filmy top and high heel shoes. The guy bunches the top up around her neck and tickles her upper body. Eventually he takes her shoes off and tickles her feet with his fingers. Her reactions are appropriate for her situation. In the 2nd segment she is tied on a bed, on her back, naked, arms tied to the corners and her feet tied together to the foot of the bed. The guy tickles her underarms and sides with a feather and then with his fingers. The more he tickles the more out of control she becomes and by the time he first touches her feet, she is laughing continuously. As he continues, she becomes even more hysterical, eventually screaming, begging, and cursing him. He continues all the while without saying a word. In the final segment, the camera is focused closeup on her soles, while she is still tied on the bed. The guy takes a pen (or a sharpie magic marker) and writes on her soles "THE END", with 'the' on one foot and 'end' on the other. She laughs continuously during this segment also.
As with most tickling productions, opinions vary on this one, and at least one member will tell you that this is the all-time greatest video ever made. While I don't agree with that, I think it does have its place in the 'tickling video hall of fame'. Would I pay good money for this if it was a clip available today ? Probably not, but in the 1980s I probably would have.
