I'm 26, M. Will be moving to Birmingham soon due to work. I don't know anybody there so I'd like to use this as an opportunity to meet new people. M or F for friendship - but if anything is to progress to actual tickling F only (new to this but would like to try both ler-ing and lee-ing.)
