Bizarre clip issue...

Recently purchased a clip (https://www.clips4sale.com/studio/143395/tkch-amateur-tickling) and it's an MP4 that, when I open with windows media player, plays sideways... But if I open it with VLC or any other program it comes out correct.

Anyone else experienced anything like this from this particular store or in general?

Yep, I have a DVD program on my computer that also plays videos. I have one video that plays upside down with the DVD program. But with Windows Media, VLC or anything else it's right side up. And it's only that video.
