This is an exploitation film from the 70s, in case you think tickle fights in the shower are a normal part of women's prisons. It was referenced in another recent post, and I decided to look it up. It's a pretty amazing scene, about twice as long in the movie as it is in this sample because the gag is that a female guard is watching them shower, and they CONSTANTLY cut back to the guard, so I did the best I could to edit her out.
