It depends on how attractive I found him, and whether or not he
came off as creepy. It may not be fair, but it's true that when
someone is more attractive, he or she can get away with more.
I have had a couple of guys who I barely knew start tickling me
without asking, and I just went with it (if my owner didn't know
them, or wasn't okay with it, that would be a whole different story,
but for the purposes of this question I'm not factoring it in).
I know we teach "ask before touching," so I'm not advocating doing
this type of thing at all, but the hard truth is that if I found the guy
attractive, and was not creeped out by his approach, I would likely
flirt back.
