An rare idea occured to me this evening, please take a moment to hear me out.


I was watching Live and Let Die tonight, (great Bond movie, Jane Seymour is a great Bond girl IMO) and I got to wondering - everyone has their favourite Bond movie, James Bond actor, favourite Bond Girl, favourite Q gadget, but I wondered what everyone's favourite Bond song is? You know, that song that plays in the opening credits with that intro video.

Now I, at one point or another, on VHS, DVD and Blu-Ray, owned every single Bond movie, including Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, and having heard and seen all of the opening songs many times, I've determined that I have four favourites among all of the Bond movies.

Big_Dogg85 - "Moonraker" was good but not quite the same as the other too.

"Die Another Day" - could also qualify on my bondage playlist - love the Flamenco dancing effect at the beginning, reminds me of a cracking whip! Yum!

Then if I may assume you should also like Moonraker by Shirley Bassey.

And I will have to admit I have You Know My Name from Casino Royale.

I will also admit that I am a big enough Bond geek that I have a CD collection will all the movie songs and some remakes of them. All of them that came out before the newest ones that is. I think it's before the Brosnan ones (I don't really like those Bond movies in general anyways so it's no big lose) I watch the original ones just about any time they come on.

"You Know My Name" by Chris Cornell. Casino Royale is also my favorite "other" Bond movie. And by "other," I mean "starring someone other than Sean Connery." Connery was in a class by himself, it isn't really fair to compare him to the Bonds who came after.
