Hi,

I've lurked for some time and recently I reached out to a model regarding a private tickling session. She suggested we use a short-stay hotel. I'm not particularly fond of this idea, but she says that she uses one frequently and it is fine. It just seems sketchy. Excuse my naivety, but is paying for tickle / bdsm services legal? How is the threshold between illegal sexual acts and bdsm / tickling get defined?

Am I making a bad decision?

As far as I know as long as there is no sexual acts, we all know what they are. Then it's legal, but her operation may not be so safe. Like escorts, you pay for the date not the sex.
 
Just use common sense and a finely tuned bullshit detector. If your brain is screaming "SOMETHING is wrong." there probably is.
