Despite searching through a few of the most likely episodes, I also have never found this scene. I am beginning to suspect it is a hoax, though I hope it isn't.

I'm pretty sure there IS an episode where Rabies and the rastafarian are foot tickle tortured by the sheriff . . .but who the hell wants to see that?

Sorry, I haven't a clue. If I did see it, it was years ago. I have series 4 here with bouncy sheriff on it, I only saw that episode so I'll watch the rest and if it's there, I'll get back to you.

Alright, so far I've got in Wise Woman of Workshop, S4E4, there are prisoners in the dungeon. The king says he's gonna torture them with a feather on a stick. Then they piss him off and he throws away his feather on a stick and says he's never going to play with them again. No actual tickling. I'll keep looking.

(Fucking peculiar show, if you ask me.)
