Boy tickling anyone?

I downloaded this clip out of curiousity, but I couldn't get the picture to work, only the sound. Still, it quite surprised me because I'm SURE I reconnised it. I'm almost certain its from a French/Japanese created anime called "The Mysterious Cities of Gold".

Man, I haven't seen this show in ages, and I was only talking about it with a friend the other day...what a coincidence ^^x;
 
Well, I have a satellite that allows me to download at high speeds, but I would only be able to download about 400MB's worth a month. So, my question is, how easy would it be to get CD-R's from you? (I'm also assuming I'll need to get DivX 5.0.2 to watch them).
