Ok, watching this video I really would say that her reactions are unnatural and that they were just joking...

But looking for pictures of her feet, there were two that called my attention in which she wrote: "Drake knows if he tickles me I'll kick him"

They're prints from a video, certainly. I couldn't find this one, but it seems that she's ticklish for real on her feet:
