Looking for a movie scene . A man is sitting in a chair talking to a doctor. the doctor seems to interrogate the man. he refused to talk. he pushes a button and is locked into the char. he yells to a blonde female nurse to send in the extraction team. In come several nurses they tickle him till he passes out or dies. Again it is a british movie. Hope you can help.
