I'm A Warship Geek..

And given the Bismarcks unique place in both British and German history I figured a few of them (especially red indian and such will enjoy it.

And A Beautiful Ship..

In fact a group of beautiful ships. German warships were overrated and made "larger than life" so the Brits could make their victory look bigger than it really was.
But damn the Germans made some impressive looking warships.

Yep, but not many. The Allies had the munitions and delivery systems that worked.
The battleship USS Missouri survived WWII and hosted the unconditional surrender of Japan on Sept. 2nd 1945.

Odd The Major Ship..

That did the least to defeat the Japanese hosted the surrender... A relatively overrated ship at that.

It should have been either the USS Washington or the USS Enterprise.

Then again neither of those ws named after the Presidents home state. Since Truman was the only US President to leave the White House poorer than when he went in I guess he earned the right eh?
